Kindly take note of the following upon your arrival…
Keys
Collect the keys from the lockbox next to the red front door. When leaving, always return the keys to the lockbox.
Parking
We have three designated parking spots: one in the driveway next to the house and two directly in front of the house.
Pool Maintenance
The pool is serviced on Tuesdays and Fridays between 8 AM and 5 PM. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes to ensure the pool stays clean.
Garden Service
The gardener comes on the first Thursday of each month between 8 AM and 5 PM.
Check In/ Out
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Please note that early check-in can be requested 24 hours before arrival and depends on our cleaning schedule, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
Three days before arrival, you’ll receive the lockbox code via the platform where you booked. The lockbox is located next to the front door and contains the keys for your stay.
If you haven’t already, please let us know your flight details and your arrival time so we can welcome you in person 😊
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Please vacate the property by the designated check-out time so our cleaning team can prepare for the next guests. Late check-out can be requested 24 hours before departure but is subject to availability and not guaranteed due to possible last-minute bookings.
There’s nothing special you need to do, just pack your belongings, wave the house goodbye, and return the keys to the lockbox.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside only and not on artificial grass or turf areas.
Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to help maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and the surrounding community.
No Parties
Parties or events are not permitted on the property. The maximum overnight occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed unless this has been communicated and approved in advance of your stay. Please contact us for more information.
Cleanliness & Care
Please respect the property during your stay. You are staying in someone else’s home, so treat it with the same care and consideration you would your own, and follow all waste disposal guidelines.
House Guide
Trash Disposal
The trash can is in the kitchen, and trash disposal is in the driveway next to the house. Please place all garbage in the designated spots and do not leave it inside or outside, as Aruba is sensitive to pests and insects.
A/C Settings
The house has AC throughout. Please avoid setting it too cold, as this can cause the units to freeze and break. We recommend 21°C / 70°F with a medium or low fan speed.
Pool Light
The pool lights are on a timer and will turn on automatically—no action is needed.
BBQ Usage
The BBQ has an automatic igniter. If you use it, please clean the grates and make sure it’s turned off afterward—it really helps our cleaning team.
